Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via this website for services agreed in advance. The amount payable is determined by written agreement or quotation. 

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, this will be communicated clearly before booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Balance Payments

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation by us, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for completed services. Refunds for prepaid sessions may be considered at our discretion.
